Arik Auerbach brings over 25 years of legal and business expertise to his successful track record in diverse commercial and residential real estate transactions. As a practicing attorney in Israel and Canada for 10 years, including at Goodman and Carr LLP in Toronto, Arik specialized in corporate mergers and acquisitions before transitioning to real estate in 2002. He combines his extensive legal knowledge with practical business acumen to navigate investors through the complexities of business deals.

Arik excels in real estate development and income-producing real estate investments. He demonstrates strong skills in identifying assets, underwriting, securing investors, arranging financing, interacting with government bodies, and closing deals. His leadership has resulted in the successful development and leasing of commercial centers, residential units, and the acquisition of office and apartment buildings. Notably, he has developed hundreds of multi-residential units in Ontario, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums in Whitby, Ajax, Markham, Vaughan, and a midrise condominium in North York.

Arik’s innovative planning and solutions-oriented approach maximize returns on properties while balancing community interests. His ability to collaborate with stakeholders, politicians, and planners has expedited approvals and secured desirable locations, meeting both budget and timeline commitments. He is adept at evaluating new investment opportunities, preparing investment analyses, managing land development transactions, and overseeing the work of marketing consultants, cost consultants, architects, and planners.
